We liked being there and will come back. The room was extremely pleasant and well-appointed with a separate bathroom. Especially helpful staff of the venue on the reception desk. The location was excellent, to Dublin airport! Our breakfast was absolutely fantastic and sensational, included cereals, eggs, and scones.

It has stunning and lovely setting in the restaurant where fab. And it's near to a taxi in to town in the evening time, Dublin airport and an easy centre for travelling around. There is variety of fabulous food for breakfast.

Location: the hotel was close to the shore of the River Shannon, the Hodson Bay with family, and many areas. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lough Ree.

All in all, it was unique base for travelling to Athlone. We ate in the beautiful restaurant with good menu and delicious breakfast and supper which was reasonably priced. The view was exceptional btw.
